Nursery’s visit to Hoo Farm
We have had a fantastic day at the farm today. The children have been exceptionally well behaved and have loved seeing all of the different animals. We were lucky to see and stroke a beautiful lamb that was only 12 days old and we were very brave and fed some goats, cows and deer!
Y2 celebrate Holi
Year 2 spent the morning celebrating Holi. We tasted a variety of Indian food such as onion bhajis, poppadoms, naan bread and dips. We then made our own samosas! They were delicious!
KMAC Fundraiser
Greg Boughey from KMAC came back to present Hillside with the Nicola Murrells trophy for raising £470.10 for cancer. There was also a prize draw for 2x £20 Sports Direct vouchers which were won by Riley in Nursery and Isabella in Year 6.
NEC Big Bang Science Fair

Year 5 Cadets
Our year 5 police cadets were working hard this afternoon. They thought about online bullying and how to stay safe.
