Children’s eSafety

eSafety Leaders

Hello, we are the Hillside eSafety Leaders.

Our job is to help children in school to stay safe when using the internet. We meet every 2 weeks on a Tuesday with Miss Nelson. We share issues and problems that children in our classes are facing. We then think of ideas to help and support the other children. We do lessons, assemblies and if you click the link below you will see the ‘How to stay safe on the Internet’ poster we have created for KS1 and KS2.

Look out for more information on the lessons and assemblies we deliver.

Be an Internet legend

Interland is an adventure-packed online game that has been created by Google. It makes learning about internet safety interactive and fun. Children complete levels battling badly-behaved hackers, phishers, oversharers and bullies by practicing the skills that they need to be confident online explorers. At the end of each level the children are awarded a certificate, Miss Nelson would love to see these. Click on the link to play: https://beinternetlegends.withgoogle.com/en_uk/interland
