Year 5 trip
Year 5 are on their way back from a trip to Dudley Zoo today. They’ve got a little wet, but have still managed to see many rainforest animals and learn lots of interesting facts!

Writing Competition Winners
Congratulations to these children who impressed their teachers with their writing and were picked as class winners in our World Book Week writing competition. Hillside Football Team
Our school football team played two fixtures on Friday night. They beat Grove 1-0 and then went on to beat Carmountside 2-0! They’re currently second in the table – well done!
Hillside Geographers
Some of our talented KS2 geographers visited Staffordshire University on Friday. They completed two tasks: one involved protected a model house from a flood and the other involved following a map to find the clues around the university grounds. All the children were superb!
