The Book Bench is nearly finished! Year 4 and 5 children have been completing the block colours today. The shading and detail will be added later in the week, ready for the bench to be varnished. We are all excited to see the finished result and can’t wait to sit and read on the bench.

Today, World Book Week started with a wow. Y2 spent the morning book tasting. We discussed the titles, authors and genres of books. We then spent time reading books of our choice. The class had a lovely time enjoying books, and we are excited for the rest of the fun activities this week!

Our Science Ambassadors have been demonstrating ‘wow’ science experiments to children on the KS1 playground with milk, food colouring and washing up liquid!
