As part of Safer Internet Day, our e-cadets, Cerys and Thomas, have delivered a lesson this afternoon, teaching the rest of the class different ways to solve online problems that they might come across when gaming, texting or posting online.

Bear Hunt in the Woods
Yesterday we went to the woods and enjoyed the story ‘We’re going on a Bear Hunt’. The children joined in with the repeated phrases and actions and then went off on their own to find a bear!

Better Reading Partnership
Congratulations to Noah who has completed the Better Reading Partnership! He has spent the last ten weeks working with teaching assistants in school to improve his reading pace, fluency and comprehension skills and has worked hard with his parents at home. Well done for making great progress!
Mummification
Year 5 spent the afternoon learning about the Ancient Egypt mummification process. They then followed the steps to successfully mummify an orange!
