Morning Campers!

Year Three have all slept well and scoffed a huge breakfast of cereals, yoghurts, fruit and bacon on toast! They are now making dream catchers and shelters in the woods. Bags have been packed for later with many a rogue sock being returned to it’s owner! 🧦

Goodnight from Shugborough

Year Three are snuggled down and fast asleep in their beds! Here are some posing pics in their dorms earlier – lots of pink in the girls room and lots of lynx in the boys! 🛏😴👍🏻

Night time drumming

Everyone has thoroughly enjoyed beating their drums before bed tonight! We’ve learned call and repeat tunes, played lots of rhythms and learned an African song. We’re now waiting for our hot chocolate before bed, playing hangman and finding our way using our torches! Pretty sure we’ll sleep tonight… 😴

Stone Age Shugborough

This afternoon we have been designing head dresses, tribal flags and fire lighting! We are working brilliantly in our teams and particularly enjoyed scoffing toasted marshmallows! We have a drumming workshop later too and you’ll be glad to know we’ve all made our beds successfully 🛏

Year Three have arrived!

Year Three have arrived safely in Shugborough! Slight change of plan and we’re now staying in the lovely, snuggly dorms, which I’m sure all of you parents will be pleased about! We’re currently finding out about our activities, plans for the day and food!

They were also surprised to […]
