Hanley Town Athletics Competition

Fabulous day at Northwood Stadium, with children from Years 3 – 6.  The children performed to a high competitive standard, with a special congratulations to Megan and William who both won the 800m long distance race. the talents of the pupils shone through – well done to all that took part.

Tornadoes in Year Three!

Year Three have been learning about extreme weather and have finished their topic today by creating a tornado! Some of them were amazing at whipping the water quickly enough to see the glitter creating the tornado shape in the bottle! Why not have a go at home? 🌪

Outdoor Learning Day in Foundation Stage

The children (and staff) had a very busy day on Wednesday, working outside all day to freshen up our outdoor area. The children enjoyed weaving, painting, cleaning the toys and potting some plants. The outdoor area is looking beautiful, thank you so much for all of the donations.

Mystery Reader in Nursery

Yesterday, the children were very excited to have another Mystery reader. Bobby’s mummy came to read ‘Stickman’ and ‘Peppa Pig goes to London’. The children really enjoyed the stories and listened beautifully. We can’t wait to see who comes next…
