Community Fund Award

Four representatives from our School Council went to Baddeley Green Working Men’s Club last night to find out the result of their bid… they were successful! The panel were very impressed with their presentation and hard work, alongside the rest of the school council. Well done!

Nail paint should only be clear if worn. Long hair should be tied back. Hair accessories should be minimal, plain and in school colours. New flooring in EYFS

Our EYFS children are enjoying playing on the new flooring which was laid under our canopy area during our inset day. It is lovely and bright and transforms the area. Staff are now busy shopping for new furniture and toys to complete the transformation.

Food tasting in Year 4

Yesterday, Year 4 enjoyed tasting food that the Romans ate. Most of us agreed that the honey was delicious and that the olives were disgusting. For the rest of the week we will be researching and designing our own Roman bread and will be adding our favourite food from the food tasting to our recipes.

Year 1 Library Books

Reception’s Juicing Station

Welcome to Reception’s Juicing Station. The children are squashing and squeezing the fruits to make their own fruit juice. The smell in the classroom is delicious!  

Year 2 making fruit salad

Year 2 have had a fab morning preparing fruit salads! We used a chopping board and prepared apples, grapes and bananas! We added orange juice to make it taste even more delicious! We tasted the food, and we were very impressed!!

Y2 Taekwondo Fun!

Year Two had a fabulous time learning all about Taekwondo with the brilliant instructor Simon! We worked in teams to learn basic moves, and how to use equipment correctly.
