Year Six’s first Mystery Reader of the term was Mrs Oxford, a friend of Mr Such. Following this morning’s Remembrance Assembly, Mrs Oxford has brought in some poetry that she has written related to the Great War. She also read out some other poetry that she has written about current issues, such as global warming. She has enlightened children to the fun that can be had with poetry and the creativity behind it.
