World Sleep Day is officially next Friday, but as that is also Comic Relief, we have decided to celebrate a week early at Hillside, especially after a tiring first week back for many of our children! The children have been learning today about how sleep can help to keep them physically and mentally healthy, alongside exercise, eating and drinking well, and talking about anything that might worry them or stop them sleeping at night. They have been given some top tips to help them to sleep and their teachers have tried to encourage them to get a good nights sleep tonight and have a lie in tomorrow as a treat for you grown ups! The top tip do’s and don’ts are attached so we hope everyone has a sleepy, restful weekend. Well done to everyone for a fab first week back 💤 you all deserve a rest!
