Last week the Nursery were very busy and had so much fun.
The children explored the woods for the first time on Monday, they had a great time and were very independent in finding their way around!
We started our learning about bonfire night, we made our own chocolate sparklers, had a turn of a real sparkler, made firework paintings and created our own fireworks with playdough, pipe cleaners and pom poms – they looked fantastic!
We have also learned about the Diwali celebration, we listened to the story of Rama and Sita, made our own Diva lamps and some very colourful Rangoli patterns!
Finally, we thought about Remembrance day. We had a minutes silence and made poppies to put together as a wreath for a school display.
