Mrs Wainwright is creating lava lamps with the children today as part of their exciting science day. At this station the children are using vegetable oil, water, food colouring and alka-seltzer tablets to create a retro lava lamp. Ask your children if they visited this activity and hopefully they’ll be able to tell you the science behind it.
