We have been made aware of a new challenge on TikTok that mocks and ridicules people with disabilities including Autism. As a school, we wanted to make you as parents and carers aware of this. Please find attached a ‘What parents need to know about TikTok’ guide. As always, it is important to have discussions with your children about the content they see and post on to apps like these and to get them thinking about the impact it can have on others. The internet is a place for everyone where they should feel free to be themselves.
