To raise awareness and increase understanding of the upcoming election, we are running our own Hillside Election 2019! The School Council were already thinking of ways to make Hillside’s playtime even more positive so they have tasked Year Five to use some of their ideas to stand for election. Year Five voted their top six representatives who then presented their manifestos and campaign poster in a special ‘election assembly’. The whole school will be voting this week for the person whom they think had the best ideas and will deliver their promises. We’ll let you know the outcome once all the votes have been counted.
