We have had a lovely afternoon looking at all the Easter bonnets in EYFS and KS1. The effort and creativity has been amazing. Thank you to all the children who have taken part and their parents for their support. Here are our winners. Well done to these children and everyone for taking part.

Easter Cakes
The reception class have had fun today melting chocolate and mixing with chocolate crispies to make their special Easter cakes.

Google Expedition at Hillside
Children in years 1-4 are taking part in a google expedition this afternoon. Here are our year 1 pupils exploring the Kruger National Park. They have experienced buffalo, giraffe and elephant! This brings learning to life and is very exciting!
Y3 – Day 2 at Shugborough OEC
Year 3 have made some amazing dream catchers and built shelters in the woods! We have practised excellent teamwork today!

Reception P.E.
Reception have been trying out some new sports over the last few weeks. First they tried archery and were fantastic at it! Next they tried the bubbles, some children even attempted a forward roll inside the bubble . Finally , we finished with a very popular football session to perfect those kicking skills.

Y3 Building Stone Age Shelters
This afternoon, in Year 3, we are using natural materials to build a shelter. It has to be as waterproof and wind-proof as possible or our model characters are going to get very soggy later when we test them out!
Mother’s Day Assembly – Nursery
