Our forest schoolers have been busy again, creating bug houses for a chosen type of bug. They worked well in their teams and produced some fantastic houses. They also had the opportunity to try the slack line which took a lot of concentration and balance.

The Year 4 children have enjoyed listening to Richard from Severn Trent, who has told them about the importance of water, the water cycle and how they can save water. He has given the children lots to think about.

Our Science Ambassadors have been out again, exciting the children on the KS1 playground. They have been observing the effects of salt on ice balloons and using food colouring to demonstrate the speed of melting.

Reception went on a walk through Baddeley Green today. We were looking for a range of features in our local environment and we spotted lots. A big well done to our Better Readers who received their certificates this morning. They have been working with Mrs Green and Mrs Daley and all commented that they were more confident with their reading and really enjoyed it.
