Reception have set their ladybirds free. We have watched with excitement as they grew from the larvae, transformed into a cocoon and then emerged as the beautiful ladybirds you see today. The children were amazed and learned so much about the life cycle of the Ladybird.

Hillside have had a fantastic School Games day, today. The children have participated in a range of activities such as multi skills, football, rounders javelin and parachute games. The children  have displayed a range of our school values and some were chosen to receive the special value awards.

Thank you to the staff, parents and governors who came along to awards ceremony on Tuesday night. It was a wonderful evening which celebrated the achievements of each of our Y6 children individually.
