Mystery Reader in Year 1

Thank you to Mrs Ridyard who came in to read today – we voted for ‘The Day the Crayons Quit!’ and absolutely loved listening to you read the funny story! We particularly loved hearing about poor peach crayon who didn’t have a wrapper and was hiding in the crayon box! Thank you for coming! 🖍 […]

Mystery Reader in Year 3

Key Strings Performance

We are all excited that we have Key Strings in school this morning. Nursery, Reception, Year 1 and 2 have already had lots of fun listening to various instruments and pieces of music. They have been joining in and learning about how sounds are made and changed. What a lovely morning 🎶.

Science Display Year 3

All of the amazing science work the children have created is now on display. We think it looks amazing! The adults in Year 3 have been blown away with their children’s understanding of parts of a flower and their functions.

Science in Year 3

This afternoon the children in Year 3 have been learning about the names and functions of the different parts of a flower. They then worked in groups to make their own flowers. We think they look fantastic and are looking forward to putting them on display.
