Continents in Year Two
Recently, year two have been learning about the world. They have looked at the United Kingdom and the countries that it is made up of. Last Friday, they looked at the continents and drew them on balloons to represent a globe. Everybody had lots of fun with only one balloon popping!
Volcanoes and Earthquakes Year Five
Year Five have continued their amazing start to the year. Here they are working on their geography topic, volcanoes and Earthquakes. The children were confident at identifying three different layers of the Earth’s surface and begun to look at the impact tectonic activity can have.
