The children in school are continuing their reading activities with ‘Book Tasting’ in their classrooms. The children are reading all or part of a book that they have never read before. Hopefully, this will encourage them to read a different author or genre and widen their reading choices. When your child comes home, why not ask them which books they ‘tasted’ and whether they enjoyed them or not.
