The children have worked hard to read the story, learn some fancy vocabulary they could include and write a brilliant story (they even had the year two quiet critters watching them work hard!)
This week in our history lesson, Year Five have used a series of sources to explain just why the Athenians managed to overcome a much larger Persian army during the battle of the Marathon.
