Year Five enjoyed learning about phases of the moon as part of their science topic of Space. Oreos appeared to be the ideal resource to show the waxing and waning of the moon…and they tasted pretty good too!

Reception had another mystery reader today. Archie was so pleased to see his mum arrive with two of his favourite stories. The children really enjoyed listening to Zog and Room on the Broom.
Reception had a wet and blustery but fun time in the woods yesterday. We were hanging our bird feeders that were made at our Showcase last week. We also found lots of different leaves, including oak, sycamore and beech!
