Year One have spent this week working on levers and sliders as part of their Design and Technology learning. They investigated lots of different books with moving parts, tested various levers and sliders, then created their own 3D houses in the style of 1666! Their levers then set their houses on fire and they evaluated how effective their work was – amazing discussions everyone! Mrs Rushton is very proud of how hard you’ve worked and all that you’ve learned during our Great Fire of London topic! 🔥
