This morning Reception have been celebrating the life of Queen Elizabeth. We watched the clip of Paddington having afternoon tea with the Queen before making our own jam and marmalade sandwiches. What a fantastic first week Reception have had. We have been so busy making new friends, exploring our classroom and outside area, enjoying new activities, investigating, building, drawing, making, dancing, meditating and so much more. We can’t wait to see what next week has in store. 😀
This week Reception have designed minibeast hotels for their minibeast friends. We considered the range of materials available and then the children selected what they would like to use.
