Our Recorder Ensemble are waiting to start the concert at the Victoria Hall.
Year Three have had a fabulous few days at Shugborough! They’re on the way home now and hoping to be back just before the end of the school day, traffic and Field Avenue parking permitting! ⛺️

Everyone has thoroughly enjoyed beating their drums before bed tonight! We’ve learned call and repeat tunes, played lots of rhythms and learned an African song. We’re now waiting for our hot chocolate before bed, playing hangman and finding our way using our torches! Pretty sure we’ll sleep tonight… 😴
This afternoon we have been designing head dresses, tribal flags and fire lighting! We are working brilliantly in our teams and particularly enjoyed scoffing toasted marshmallows! We have a drumming workshop later too and you’ll be glad to know we’ve all made our beds successfully 🛏
Year Three have arrived safely in Shugborough! Slight change of plan and we’re now staying in the lovely, snuggly dorms, which I’m sure all of you parents will be pleased about! We’re currently finding out about our activities, plans for the day and food!
