Year Six’s Victorian geography
Year Six are extending their learning about the Victorians this afternoon by using geography. They are using a map of Stoke-on-Trent from 1890 and identifying different areas on it by their six-figure grid references.
Judaism in Year One
Year One have been learning about Judaism as part of their RE lesson on belonging. They spent time studying different Jewish items, playing Kim’s Memory Game, drawing the symbols and then learned about Shabbat, the meal enjoyed before the Jewish day of rest on the Sabbath. They used clay to create their own symbols too…
