English in Year 3
This morning the children have been enjoying taking on the role of the man from The Great Kapok tree for a drama activity. There was some fantastic acting.

Year One have started to learn about seasonal change today as part of their science work. Year One’s Woodland Maths
Year One spent the morning in the woods as part of their maths learning today. They played hide and seek with numbers and were challenged to order to 20 and then to order in 10s to 100! They were amazing and loved being active with their number work!

Book Club – Year 6
Our Year 6 Book Club has started today. The children are reading a fictional novel called ‘Boy Under Water’ by Adam Baron. A poignant text about love and loss. Year 4 Archaeological Dig
Year 4 have been developing their historical research skills during Tuesday afternoon’s archaeological dig. They have carefully unearthed Celtic artefacts and thought about what each one can tell us about life during this time in history…before the invasion of the Romans!
