Reception have been reading ‘Mr Wolf’s Pancakes’ this week as part of their topic on telling stories. In the story, Mr Wolf makes some Pancakes so on Tuesday the children chose their town topics for their pancake tasting. We also linked this to RE and Lent. We also created our own sock puppets based in characters from the story. The children have really enjoyed retelling the story with their puppets.
