This week is Mental Health Awareness week and the theme is being kind! When we were in school back in February, we ‘found our brave’ as part of Children’s Mental Health but this week is asking you to consider kindness, especially in these unusual times! Watch the video clip and think of an act of kindness you could do at home (like tidying up, completing your work without a fuss or asking a grown up how they are) and then think how you can be kind to yourself! This could be taking a few minutes to read your book or sit in the sun, relaxing in the bath or playing your favourite game with someone! Being kind to yourself and others will make you feel happy and this will help your mental health! Remember – kindness matters most!
