Today was our first Book Club meeting. Some of the children from Year 6 have been reading ‘Wonder’ by R.J Palacio and attended this mornings Book Club to discuss characters, plots and themes within the text. It was a fantastic session which showed how mature the children were when discussing ideas and when they differed in opinion. We can’t wait for next weeks session.
