Year Four had a great time at Cadbury world. The day started with a tour following the journey of chocolate from cocoa bean to chocolate bar. During the tour, the children also enjoyed tasting some delicious melted Cadbury Dairy Milk. In the afternoon, the children took part in a Maya workshop. The children’s knowledge of the Mayans and how they lived was very impressive. They enjoyed learning more about pok-a-tok, how they made a chocolate drink and some of the ancient Maya cities that can still be seen today. To make the day even better, the children were given three chocolate bars to take home.
