Christmas Story Quest trail: Saturday 5 December – Sunday 10th January
A free, festive story trail for families with primary school aged children around Hanley Town Centre.
Story Quest encourages families to get outside together and take part in adventure story trails around their local area, encouraging families to develop a love of reading and be physically active together. There are 12 Story Quest trails available for families to explore including Burslem Park, Central Forest Park, Tunstall Park and Westport Lake.

Sign up and receive a free activity pack including all 12 Story Quest trails and activities to do at home

Collect an activity pack from Tunstall Library or City Central Library (no appointment needed; check online for opening times)
The 12 Days of Story Quest: Running between 25 December and 5 January
This is a special version of the classic Christmas carol sung by local families and schools. We will be posting daily challenges on the Stoke Reads Facebook page to help families stay active and keep reading during the school holidays. Exciting prizes to be won!
