This week Reception have been learning about Chinese New Year. We have made money wallets, lucky goldfish and retold the story of the Great Race where the animal names were given to the years. The children are having a fabulous time and have remembered lots. This afternoon we tasted Chinese noodles, egg fried rice, prawn crackers and spring rolls. We even tried using chopsticks, which were very tricky!
