As you are aware, the online world is posing an ever-increasing risk to our children and we recognise how important it is to protect and teach our children about online dangers and how to act safely when using the internet.
This accreditation demonstrates our commitment to protecting our children online and it can only be done through a whole school approach, encompassing children, staff, parents and governors. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you, the parents, who completed the National Online Safety training and also Miss Nelson who coordinated the approach in school.
We hope you continue to find the ‘What parents need to know’ guides a useful resource in gaining awareness of what children have access to online and help you to hold informed conversations about online safety with your children.

Safeguarding – e-Safety. The online world is posing an ever-increasing risk to children and it is important that schools, parents and carers work together to take an active role in teaching children about online dangers and how to act safely when using the internet.
